We sell software licences. We do not intervene on your site: you run the tool yourself on your server, under your responsibility and with your own access.
The licence is granted for one domain name, designated at purchase. It allows an unlimited number of recoveries on that domain, with no time limit.
Detection updates are included for twelve months from purchase. Beyond that, the kit remains usable as it is; its detection capability no longer evolves, unless an upgrade is taken out.
The licence is not transferable to another domain or to a third party. A domain-name change following a site move can be requested through the contact form.
Monthly subscription per site, cancelable at any time, without notice or fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata.
The subscription includes the licence of the recovery kit for the same domain. On cancellation, that licence remains acquired if the subscription lasted at least twelve months; below that, it ends with the subscription.
The diagnosis is available free of charge in exchange for the information described on the privacy page. It does not clean or modify scanned files; it creates its own working files and report.
It is intended for the people who run the site being analysed. We reserve the right to revoke a key and to refuse a domain in case of use clearly intended to test the detection on deliberately planted malicious code.
If the kit cannot put your site back in service, it is refunded within thirty days of purchase, on a reasoned request.
The refund is not due when the failure comes from a cause outside the software, notably: compromise of the server itself or of the hosting, absence of any backup from before the attack with permanent deletion of content, a hosting environment preventing the kit from running, or modification of the site by a third party during the intervention.
A complete backup is made before any modification and nothing is permanently deleted by the kit. It is nevertheless up to you to have an independent backup before running the tool.
Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the licence concerned. It does not extend to indirect damages, notably loss of business, loss of search ranking or loss of revenue.

The applicable terms are those in force on the day of purchase. A modified version has no retroactive effect on licences already acquired.
